Book Review: Running by Ronnie O’Sullivan

This week’s vlog is a review of Running by Ronnie O’Sullivan. Ronnie is probably (definitely) the most talented player to ever pick up a cue but he also has had a very public battle with the perfectionism and depression that bedevils him.
In his second memoir, Running, Ronnie opens up about this battle, the effects it has had on his life, and the strategies he has employed to address this, including running and working with sports psychiatrist Dr Steve Peters.
